As a scientist and educator in the biological sciences, I’ve been driven not only by a passion for sharing the fascinating worlds of biology, anatomy, physiology, and neuroscience, but also by a deeper mission: to help shape individuals who are analytically and statistically educated. My goal has always been to guide students in learning how to distinguish credible, statistically sound data from anecdotal claims and unreliable outliers. I firmly believe that in the rapidly evolving world ahead, success won’t belong to those who simply know the most, it will belong to those who can sift through the noise, identify what is true, and apply valid information with purpose and precision. That is the true power of scientific literacy and the kind of thinking I aim to inspire in every learner I teach.
