As a passionate science teacher, I love turning my classroom into a place where curiosity and learning come to life. I focus on building strong relationships with my students, creating a space where they feel safe to ask questions and explore new ideas. Teaching physical science gives me the opportunity to connect real-world concepts with hands-on activities that keep students engaged and excited. Whether we’re building balloon cars, making electromagnets, or investigating chemical reactions, I design labs and projects that encourage teamwork and critical thinking. I believe students learn best by doing, and I make sure each activity challenges them to think deeper and solve problems creatively. In addition to teaching, I am proud to work with the National Junior Honor Society. I mentor students as they grow into leaders through service projects, team building, and school involvement. It’s inspiring to see them take initiative and become positive role models. For me, teaching is about more than just sharing content—it's about helping students discover their potential, both academically and personally. Watching them grow in the classroom and as leaders is what makes teaching so meaningful and rewarding.
