It was great to see so many country representatives at our first preparatory meeting for International Day 2017 as well as many new faces of parents who would like to get involved.
You will be hearing from your country representative very soon, if you haven’t already. International Day will be celebrated on the Primary School on Friday, 10 November 2017 and at the High School on Friday, 17 November 2017. Even if you only have children in one campus, we would very much appreciate your help in making our International Food Court a success over both locations. This is a new experience for all of us and I am hopeful we can make it a great success. If you do not know if your country will be represented at International Day and would like to volunteer, please, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and Ann will get in touch with you. There is still time to get involved.
Lost and Found on the Primary School is working incredibly well. Please remember that while Lost and Found is open for students to reclaim their lost items on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 07.15 until 10.30, parents can collect lost items at any time simply by collecting the key from the School Office. Please remember to return the key afterwards. Lost items that are clearly labelled are returned to the students.
Finishing touches are being made to our new PTG Facebook page and this will hopefully be launched in the very near future.
As the school term progresses and everybody just gets busier and busier, please do not hesitate to get in touch with any of the PTG Committee if you have any concerns or questions. If you do not come to school or happen to not see any of us around the campuses, just send us an e-mail to email@example.com and we will do our very best to help.
