Have a great summer!!
It’s hard to believe that we’ve arrived at the end the of another amazing year in KS2. This is an exciting time for St Andrews as we move from one to two campuses. There will lots of activity here on 71 as we look to renovate to make this campus into an amazing Primary School facility. I hope you all have a fantastic, restful break and enjoy the refurbishments when we open our doors again in August.
Leaving Teachers
It’s at this time of year that we sadly have to say goodbye to some members of the KS2 team, who will be moving on to new adventure in their lives. Mr Neill, who has been with us for two years, will be heading back to the UK with his wife, Mrs Isabel. His creative, musical talents will be greatly missed and we wish him all the best and hope he will come back and visit us. We will also be saying goodbye to Mr John, one of our team of Learning Support Assistants. He will returning to the Philippines to enter into married life and take a new direction in his career. Mr John has been a hardworking, friendly and supportive member of the LS team. We would also like to wish him every success for the future.

Year 6 ‘Groovy Disco’ Leavers Assembly
Last Thursday we were all entertained by our departing Y6 students in the Leavers’ Assembly. This is the first group of students who will not only leaving KS2, but also leaving the 71 Campus. There weren’t many dry eyes among the parents as the students shared their favourite memories of their time in the Primary School. Well done to all of the students- you have wowed us all!
Primary Sports Awards
Well done to all of the athletes who represented St Andrews over the course of the year. It was fantastic to see such a variety of students pick up awards for either sports person of the year or most improved in each of their sports/events.
