PTG: Thanks for a successful AGM!

Dear Parents,

Thank you to everyone who was able to come to the PTG’s Annual General Meeting on Tuesday as well as to everyone who voted prior to the meeting.  It was great to see so many people come to review all the amazing things we have achieved together over the past academic year.

My heartfelt thanks go to Spring who, after two years on the PTG Committee, has stepped down due to unrelenting work commitments.  Spring has worked tirelessly for the community and his contributions have made a huge impact on the work of the PTG.  Many, many thanks Spring.

We are happy to welcome Sarah and Nerina to the Committee.  Thank you for the interest you have shown in the work of the PTG and your willingness to get involved.  We have a very busy year ahead of us and I am sure you will both be valued members of the Committee.

Thank you to everyone who stood for election to the committee and we hope that you will continue to lend us your support as “Friends of the PTG”.  We look forward to working with you in any capacity possible.

I would also like to thank all the parents who stopped me during the week to support and encourage the work that we do.  Your words of thanks are very much appreciated.  The St Andrews community just keeps getting stronger and stronger.

Information on the Committee and the work of the PTG can be found on Moodle by clicking “PTG” (on the top right-hand side of your home Moodle home screen).

The first PTG meeting of this year will be held next week on Tuesday, 26 September at 08.00 a.m. in the Drama Studio on the Primary Campus.  The precise location of the meeting, as well as the agenda, will be communicated to you later.

We are looking forward to another exciting year.

Thank you.

Hilary Aziz
