Primary School Library: Celebrating the Year of the Pig

Lunar New Year was celebrated in style in the Library at St Andrews International School Bangkok. Children are asked to complete a survey to help choose new books for our shelves. The ever-popular “Books of the Week” highlight some excellent reads to encourage your children and there is still time to vote in the Bangkok Book Awards 2019.

Lunar New Year Celebrations

We all enjoyed the Lunar New Year celebrations this week to welcome the Year of the Pig when we decorated the Library with hanging lanterns and a colourful interactive display.

Go to the website for more information and to click on this link when you are ready to help your child place their vote. Please remember, it is one vote per child/student per award category. Over 250 votes have already been cast and there are some clear pace-setting 'leaders' in two of the age groups, with a tie in the third!
