We are aware of the concerns about the tuition fee increase in the parent community and we are in continuous contact with School management. Please know that your voices are being heard.
As we hurtle towards the end of term, our calendars are filled with end-of-school-year commitments and farewells to those leaving Bangkok. Last week two parties took place celebrating the STA Community spirit – one was the parent-led STA German Community, which had their first evening gathering, and the other was the by now legendary PTG Summer Party, at which parents and teachers alike let their hair down.
Finally, we’d like to issue a call for donations for old uniforms.
The PTG holds second-hand uniform sales for the STA community which are extremely successful. The money we raise goes to charities that purchase uniforms for disadvantaged children, enabling them to go to school.
It’s also a way of promoting sustainability in our community.
You may leave the uniforms at the School Office (PS or HS) in the designated uniform drop-off box. If you have any questions, please email Sarah Krieg at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for supporting this cause.
Staying up to date with the PTG
The PTG has a Facebook group where you can find lots of useful information about St Andrews International School Bangkok as well as getting used to living in Bangkok if you are new to the city. If you would like to contact us about something specific, please don’t hesitate to get in touch by email on email@example.com. Wondering who the Committee members are? Put faces to names by checking Moodle or the website.
