Year 2 coding Beebots

The children in Year 2 have been learning how to code.

The children created algorithms for the Beebots to send them around a grid. To create algorithms the children used positional vocabulary, such as left, right, forward and backwards. When the codes the children created didn’t work they had to go back and debugging them. This gave them an opportunity to practice problem solving skills.
