Primary Campus Weekly Update 7 Sep 2026

One of the greatest joys of the start of a new school year is getting to know our children as individuals: their personalities, strengths, ideas and, perhaps most importantly, their interests.

As we enter our fourth week at the new Hung Hom Campus, the sense of excitement, ambition and purpose across our Sixth Form community continues to grow.

It has been another fantastic week for our students as we welcomed our Regional Managing Director, Stuart White, to the school. House Spirit was in full swing throughout the week, and Stuart was highly impressed by the enthusiasm, confidence and engagement of our brilliant students.

It is hard to believe that we are already entering our third week of the school year. Across the campus, children are settling confidently into their new classes, building relationships with their teachers and classmates, and becoming increasingly familiar with their daily routines.

We had a meaningful and productive week at the Sixth Form Centre in Hung Hom. It has been wonderful to see the energy and purpose around the campus as students have embraced the new academic year.

The first few weeks of term have been a wonderful opportunity for our children to settle into their new classrooms, establish routines, and build relationships with their teachers and classmates.

It has been a wonderful start to the academic year, and it has been fantastic to see our students return with such enthusiasm, positivity and readiness to learn. Across both campuses, students are already making the most of the many opportunities available to them, whether in the classroom, through sport, leadership initiatives or our wider enrichment programme.

It has been a wonderful start to the new academic year, and we are delighted to welcome our students back to school following the summer break. We hope that you and your families enjoyed a restful and enjoyable holiday, with plenty of opportunities to spend quality time together.

It has been wonderful to welcome our returning families back to campus, alongside the many new families joining our Sai Kung community this year.

It has been brilliant to welcome our Year 12 and Year 13 students to the Sixth Form Centre at Hung Hom over the last week. At our induction day event, I spoke about the transformative impact that this beautiful new environment can have on students’ Sixth Form journey.
