Director of Teaching & Learning

Naima Charlier is Director of Teaching and Learning for NAISHK where she oversees the curriculum development and vision of teaching and learning for our three campuses covering from 3 to 18 years. In her 22 year career Naima has worked in the UK, USA, Romania and Hong Kong. She has been a school leader for over 15 years and has developed a passion for growing new schools and has now been a founding member of three successful international schools, holding varying roles including Head of School and Deputy Principal. Three years ago she successfully founded NAIPS Sai Kung, where she developed the school from design to operation. She holds an MBA in International Educational Leadership from the UCL, IoE London and BEd in English. She is passionate about pedagogy and loves seeing schools in action, something she enjoys experiencing in her role as a COBIS Peer Accreditor.
