Ms Marsh holds a degree in English Literature and Language from The University of Leeds. After graduating in 2011, she taught English as an additional language at a primary school in Barcelona before moving to Beijing to teach in an international kindergarten. These experiences instilled her passion for teaching young learners and led her to complete a SCITT teacher training programme in the UK, after which she spent 3 rewarding years teaching a Reception class in Manchester.
Ms Marsh is part of the STEAM team at Tai Tam and has collaborated with other teachers on a variety of creative projects. She is passionate about cultivating new and innovative ways to inspire and guide children to think critically and take risks. Ms Marsh works hard to create a learning space which is tailored to meet the needs of each child, where they both supported and challenged to reach their potential.
In her spare time Ms Marsh enjoys watching live music and going to concerts and festivals. Ms Marsh is an active person and enjoys outdoor pursuits such as hiking and running. She has very much enjoyed her time living in Hong Kong so far and at the weekend can be found exploring new hiking trails and beaches.
