Mr Fall graduated as Master of Science in Software Engineering at the Bandung Institute of Technology – ITB – and worked as a Software Engineer in the IT Industry for more than ten years before pursuing his long-time passion for ICT as an IT Leader as well as a teacher of ICT. To that effect, he completed a PGCE (ICT in Secondary Education) at University of Sunderland, UK.
Before joining Nord Anglia International School, Mr Fall has been the Director of ICT Services and House Tutor at Harrow International School Hong Kong, a position that he held since the opening of the school in August 2012. He came to this after holding the position of Head of ICT Services and Teacher of ICT at Harrow International School Beijing for five years. During his time at Harrow, Mr Fall has worked with all the school’s phases from the Early Years to Upper School and taught ICT in the Secondary.
Warm but firm, Mr Fall believes it is essential to get to know each student individually by exploring their interests, uncovering their personalities, and working with them to identify their learning styles and define their personal and educational goals.
Mr Fall is fluent in French, English, Indonesian and Wolof, and has conversational skills in Chinese. He has an open outlook on life and enjoys the company of other people very much. When he is not inordinately dedicated to and involved with technology, Mr Fall enjoys listening to live music, dancing, football, cooking and socialising with friends and family.
