Where can I sign my kids up for camp?

This link will take you to our ClubsBuddy page where you can enroll your child(ren) in Summer Camps.
Parents that have previously enrolled in camps can simply login using their credentials and select their camp weeks. New famililes will first need to create an account.
Where are camps held?
The camp will be run at the Middle School/Early Childhood campus located at 2005 Gentryside Drive, Houston, Texas 77077.
My child does not attend The Village School, can they still come to camp?
YES! Everyone is welcome at The Village School Summer Camps.
How much does the camp cost?
Camp enrollment is per week
5-day week: $395
4-day week: $325
What if I need to drop off early or pick up my child later than the camp hours?
We offer Morning and Afternoon Extension for the following hours and rate
AM Extension (7:30 AM - 9:00 AM): $75/week
PM Extension (3:30 PM - 5:00 PM): $100/week
Who will be the program teachers/instructors?
All Summer teachers, instructors, and coaches are all current Village School Staff members.
Is lunch included in the price?
Yes, all snacks and lunches are included in the price of enrollment. All lunches are provided by FLIK Food Services and will be balanced and delicious. There will be a vegetarian option available at each meal as well as an open salad bar. Students are welcome to bring a lunch from home as well.
My child has food allergies, what will Village do to keep them safe?
Students who have allergies will be provided with a safe lunch. Any and all food items provided to students during camp will be common allergen-free. In addition, we have a nurse on-site during all camp hours that will be readily available if any issues arise. Parents are asked to ensure that camp staff is fully aware of any allergies in advance of camp starting.
Will my child take a nap?
Pre-3 and PK-4 students will have a rest time built into their day. All other students will not have any nap times.
What is the refund policy?
Parents will receive a full refund if you cancel for any reason prior to May 1, 2022. After this date, a refund will be given only if a class/program is canceled, or a student is precluded from participating for the entire session for medical reasons provided in a doctor’s note. There is no prorating for days missed.
What should my child bring with them to camp?
Campers/students should dress in cool and comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. Please put sunscreen on your child before camp and send a labeled bottle of sunscreen to school with your child if it needs to be reapplied. Please also send a zip-lock bag with a change of clothes and napping material for all Early Childhood (PK3/4) children. All students should bring their own labeled water bottles
Can I enroll my child in a single day of camp?
We do not offer single drop-in days of camp. All registrations will be by the week
