Meet our school specialists
Learning Support Coordinator
Eunice holds a Bachelor's degree major in Special Education and Associate in Health Science Education both with a full athletic scholarship at Far Eastern University.
In 2014, she finished her Master of Arts in Education major in Special Education with a full academic scholarship grant and graduated with Distinction. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Physical Education.
Before coming to NAIS Manila, she has been teaching for more than ten years in various international and local schools and had also previously led the Learning Support Department. Her vast experience includes handling children with ADHD, Autism, MR, DS, DD, CP and LD (e.g. Dyslexia) ranging from mild to severe cases.
She also taught IGCSE PE and IBDP Sports, Exercise and Health Science for several years and her extensive experience involve teaching, playing, coaching and officiating diverse sports. On top of that, she has been a member of the Philippine National Netball Team from 2015 to present. She represents the Philippines in international competitions such as the Southeast Asian Games and Asian Championships.

Learning Support/SEN
Nastasha holds a degree in Secondary Education Major in English and is currently finishing her Master’s Degree in Special Education from De La Salle University. She has been teaching for 8 years; 3 years in a local school, 2 years in the special education field and 3 years in NAIS Manila.
Local Art Teacher / Whole School Art
In preparation for teaching Art using the Cambridge curriculum, Stephanie is currently taking an online-study training in Art and Design in Cambridge International Education (CIE).
Head of Mandarin
Steve Tsui earned his bachelor’s degree in History from Taiwan’s top university, National Taiwan University (NTU). Although he majored in History, he is passionate about education and teaching languages thus chose to work as a Mandarin teacher overseas.
He is an experienced Mandarin teacher and handles different levels, from native language to foreign language students, in Primary through Secondary School. Prior to joining NAIS Manila he was the Head of Mandarin at an international school in Myanmar and helped establish their Mandarin Programme and Curriculum. Steve is highly regarded in his creative teaching strategies and designing of teaching materials, formative, and summative assessments for IGCSE and HSK examinations.
Mandarin Teacher
Lydia earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management from the Shanxi University of Finance and Economics in 2014. And then she came to Manila studying at ESM (Emanuel School of Mission). After graduating from ESM, she decided to live in Manila and started to teach Mandarin at a Chinese-Filipino school since 2015. She was also one of the Homeroom Teachers in Gr. 3. Almost at the same time, she chose to study Educational Leadership and Management at De La Salle University. She still manages to get her master degree so far.
Music Teacher
After graduating from the University of the Philippines, where she majored in Music Education, My-Leen has been immersed in the international setting, as a performer, teacher, actor, choreographer, and choral clinician for over 15 years now. Before coming to NAIS Manila, she taught for over 5 years at two other international schools in Manila, training pupils in the areas of music and theatre performance. My-Leen continually seeks to develop her skills as a strong performer and educator through her continuing professional development at The Juilliard School and the National Theatre (UK). The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music has awarded her Distinction in Voice Performance and Music Theory, and Merit in Piano Performance.
Local PE Teacher
Rachel attended University of the Philippines with a full athletic scholarship where she majored in Physical Education. She has yet to finish her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education in her alma mater.
She represented University of the Philippines for five consecutive years in the annual University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Softball tournament as a team captain on her final year. She also represented the Philippines in Softball tournaments in Asia and the Asia Pacific in Softball World Series in United States of America. She is now a member of Touch Football Philippines national team and participates regularly in long distance running events in the country.
