With flying, fairy dust, pirates, mermaids and Indians the audience was transported to J.M. Barrie’s Neverland. The children have been working on this production since September, dedicating themselves to two long rehearsals every week.
They’ve learnt lines, moves and songs and were incredibly hard-working and enthusiastic throughout. We are all incredibly proud of all our young performers and thankful for the support also given by parents. Well done also to the fantastic backstage crew of children that worked extremely hard to ensure the performance was smooth as it could be.
Ms Tina’s original vision was over-seen by Mr Paul to bring together a wonderful show that our children will remember as a highlight of their time at primary school. Our thanks go to you Mr Paul for stepping up when we needed you! Well done again, and I hope now the children can have a well-deserved rest.
Huge thanks go to all the teachers and support staff that helped to support the children throughout the rehearsals and show itself including Ms Uyen for the wonderful costumes, Ms Christine, Ms Marion, Ms Gemma , Ms Hannah and Ms Anna for direction and dancing. To Ms Fran and Ms Lettie for the their musical direction. To Ms Chloe and Mr Greg for backstage support and the office staff for their support as always with a smile and finally for the many others that helped over the last few months.
It truly was a magnificent show. Check out the wonderful array of photos here.
