U19b Boys Volleyball vs AIS - Match Report 03/10/17

09 October 2017

A fantastic win against AIS by the U19b Boys Volleyball team...

  • U19 b boys Volleyball v AIS

We have shown excellent communication and technical abilities during the match. Winning in two straight sets (25-15, 25-14) against AIS, we had consistent and effective set plays with great execution from our two spikers Jun Won Hwang and Thomas Evers. Yodai Tanaka and Daryl Lim were strong in the back and front line, with good placement of the ball when digging so that an effective set can be made by John Sykes.

Although starting off the first set with some mistakes and errors in our plays, we finished the first and the entire second set strong. We have shown a lot of improvement over the past few friendly games, with more set plays, greater teamwork and communication. We can definitely improve and work on these more during our training sessions but I believe we are close to being prepared for what lies ahead: the city championships.
