For annual events such as International Day, we ask both students and parents to share what makes us different and one such way is through traditional cultural foods. To build upon and celebrate this diversity in national dishes the Secondary PTG in partnership with our caterers have launched ‘National Cuisine Days’.
Each month, there will be a new National Cuisine in the spotlight. This chosen cuisine will be integrated into the school lunches provided by the caterers for 3 consecutive days, allowing us to enjoy different flavours from around the world. For month one we will be celebrating Korea on the 13th – 15th March. These 3 days will see a variety of traditional Korean dishes available at lunchtime in the Underground.

- Australian Dishes – Tuesday 10th April – Thursday 12th April
- German Dishes – Tuesday 15th May – Thursday 17th May
- Italian Dishes – Tuesday 12th June – Thursday 14th June
