Year 2 students concentrated on looking at different continents, Year 3 focused on rainforests across the globe. In Year 4 the classes looked at investigating their local area and comparing different aspects of Vietnam with other countries. Year 5 went global by focusing on one country and trading with others. They produced products to sell to others – there were some fantastic deals going on! Year 6 looked at our world’s oceans with a cultural and geographical focus.
Our Learning Support department hosted a visiting actor who read to our children. Sincere thanks to Mr. Leon Bown for his continued support of our school. Our EAL hosted the World Room once more with various international activities for the children to try out.
At the end of the school year, the learning continues due to the amazing and wonderful teaching staff we have. Our children are very lucky. Huge thanks to all the staff for making International Week 2018 an event not to be missed!
