First community talk of the year at EY&IC

On Wednesday 19th September, Dr Miguel from Family Medical Practice kicked off this term's community talks.

Community Talk 2

Dr Miguel talked to a group of parents from the Early Years and Infant Campus about smarter ways to take personal responsibility for your own physical and mental health. Dr Miguel's top 10 tips for looking after your own mental health are as follows:

Our next community talk will be on Wednesday 3rd October, when Dr Orly of Raffles Medical will talk about Basic First Aid for Babies, Toddlers and Young Children, including: insect bites & stings, choking, allergic reactions, temperatures. This session will include practice time as well as time for questions and answers.
