  5. To keep in touch with people
  6. To ask for help
  7. To take a break
  8. To do something you enjoy and are good at
  9. To accept who you are
  10. To care for others

Our next community talk will be on Wednesday 3rd October, when Dr Orly of Raffles Medical will talk about Basic First Aid for Babies, Toddlers and Young Children, including: insect bites & stings, choking, allergic reactions, temperatures.
