REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

The San Roberto admissions committee carefully considers every application, making sure the school can accommodate the candidate’s academic and personal needs.

 
  • Original and copy of applicant’s birth certificate (officially translated if not in English or Spanish)
  • Copy of the CURP
  • Copy of migratory status
  • Copy of immunization and health records
  • Copy of current and valid photo IDs of all family members (e.g., passports)
  • Letter of employment of parent(s), tutor, or corporate charter
  • Original and copy of proof of address (e.g., utility bill)
  • 2 × letters of recommendation about the family, signed by current or former San Roberto families
  • No-outstanding-balance letter from current or previous school
  • Contact details of current or previous school officer, who has confirmed they will fill out a Confidential Student Recommendation form
  • Family photo
  • We require additional documents depending on which school level your child will join—see below.

NURSERY AND PRESCHOOL

  • Copy of report card of current or previous grade
  • Copy of grade accreditation letter (pre-Primary only)
  • Specialist and medical reports relating to your child’s needs (if applicable)

ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL (GRADES 1 - 9)

  • Copy of report cards of current and 2 previous years
  • Passing grades in all subjects, and conduct above 80
  • Validation of studies overseas (Grades 7–9, if applicable)
  • Copy of standardized test results (if applicable)
  • Copy of elementary certificate and middle school report cards validated by Mexico’s Ministry of Education (Grades 7–9)
