Personal information
For the fulfillment of the purposes described in this document, we can collect your personal data in different ways: when you provide them directly through a request for information, through the application formats, and when we obtain information through other sources that are allowed by law. We may collect one, some, or all of the following personal information:
• Students: full name, photograph, date and place of birth, sex and grade level.
• Parents: full name, date and place of birth, marital status, degree of studies, address, telephone, email, occupation, as well as place, address and work telephone.
• Grandparents and emergency contacts: name, address and telephone.
Sensitive Personal Data
We inform that for the fulfillment of the purposes of this document, the following personal data of the student will be treated as sensitive: religion, personality, social interaction, strengths, weaknesses, expectations, interests, academic, sports and cultural achievements, emotional problems, learning , of discipline, dyslexia, difficulty in processing information and / or attention deficit disorder. In addition to the medical record, the information related to: vision, hearing, speech, physical problems, medical surgeries or interventions, relevant pathologies, active medical treatments, allergies and special care required will be equally treated.
We commit to treat under strict security measures personal data mentioned above to guarantee your confidentiality.
Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition
You have the right to access your personal data and the details of their treatment, as well as to rectify them if they are inaccurate or instruct us to cancel them when you consider them to be excessive or unnecessary for the mentioned purposes. You can also revoke the consent you have given us for processing your personal data, so that we stop using them. The mechanisms that have been implemented for the exercise of these rights are through the presentation of a request to our Department of Personal Data, located at Av. Real San Agustín 4, Residencial San Agustín, San Pedro Garza García, N.L. C.P. 66260, with an official identification as voter card, passport, among others. Your request must be accompanied by the following information: documents proving your identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the holder; document with the name of the holder, email or in case of not having one, a phone to communicate the answer to your request. Thus, it must also contain the clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, and any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data. We will have a maximum period of 20 business days to respond to your request and we will inform you about the origin of it to the telephone and / or email address you have indicated.
Depending on the type of application submitted, it could result in an impossibility for San Roberto to continue the enrollment process of the student, the same resolution would be informed in due course. Transfer
