PARENT INVOLVEMENT

We firmly believe that children blossom when parents and school work hand in hand to enrich the education journey.  ISR’s culture promotes open communication and parent involvement that goes beyond the expected teacher-parent relation.   

In addition to our high parent involvement, over 300 parent volunteers actively meet and engage in committees such as Parents Association, Homeroom parents, Bullying Prevention, Welcome Commitee, Green Team and Spiritual Growth to build a culture of integrity and empathy.

OUR COLLABORATION WITH UNICEF

San Roberto’s collaboration with UNICEF means our students are encouraged to think about how they can draw on their own unique strengths to improve the world around them. Every year, UNICEF and Nord Anglia Education invite our students to work on a global challenge, with wide-ranging themes such as peace, justice, and clean energy. Students consider some of humanity’s most pressing issues and endeavor to innovate solutions.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND ENVIRONMENTALISM

San Roberto promotes a culture that instils environmental awareness. Students enjoy reforestation activities and ecological fairs and think about how to make environmentally positive changes to their lifestyles. They can even get their parents involved with the Green Team committee.

Students also have the chance to take part in social responsibility projects, encountering real-world issues and reflecting on how they can help. In our Meaningful Experiences project, Middle School students spend time at local businesses to experience the world of work. A plethora of exciting activities ensure every student has it within their grasp to leave school as a proactive and globally aware individual.
