What Are the Global Games?

The Global Games is a five-day international sporting event open to students from schools within the Nord Anglia Education network. Since San Roberto International School became a member of NAE in 2015, our students have had the opportunity to participate in this exciting annual event.
Designed to promote both athletic and personal development, the Global Games welcomes students of all skill levels and encourages participation, sportsmanship, and a growth mindset.

A Unique International Experience

The event brings together students from Nord Anglia schools across the Americas, creating opportunities to build friendships, develop leadership skills, and connect with peers from different cultures and backgrounds.
Beyond the competition, students gain valuable life experiences by representing their school on an international stage and learning the importance of collaboration, resilience, and mutual respect.

Sports and Competition

Participants compete in a variety of sports while demonstrating teamwork, determination, and school spirit. Whether experienced athletes or students looking to challenge themselves in a new environment, all participants are encouraged to embrace the experience and strive for their personal best.

Travel and Student Support

All travel arrangements, logistics, and itinerary planning are coordinated by the ISR Travel Department. Selected ISR chaperones accompany students throughout the trip to provide guidance, supervision, and support, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Beyond the Playing Field

The Global Games experience extends far beyond athletic competition. Students participate in evening activities and social events that allow them to explore their destination, experience local culture, and build meaningful connections with fellow participants.
