Thanks to the hard work of the Primary Student Council, The Friendship Zone is ready to be unveiled to the community! The Friendship Zone will be a safe environment open at break times where all students can go along to relax and play with one another. The Student Council have worked hard to turn this project into reality. Learn more below...
Last year’s Student Council created a survey to find out the things Primary Students would like to change about STA to make it a better and happier place for everyone.
One of the things they worked hard to achieve was creating a Friendship Zone where all students can go along to relax and play with one another.
Last year's Student Council worked extremely hard to design an amazing Friendship Zone that everyone would love. They ran competitions and raised funds to get the ball rolling by hosting an anti-bullying week dress-up day.
After lots of stopping and starting, with orders being delayed and school closures due to Covid, this year’s Student Council have taken over the reins to finally bring the Friendship Zone to your playtimes.
They have been especially busy testing out the equipment to ensure it is top quality!
Our Student Council members will take turns supporting friends in the Friendship Zone. The Student Council are there to help everyone feel included and join in on the fun activities!
If you love the pool and exhilarating team sports, water polo might be the best sport you haven’t tried yet. And the timing could not be better, because the Marlins Water Polo training programme at St Andrews International School Bangkok is on the rise. Joining our dynamic team not only offers you a fun and challenging experience, it also provides a clear pathway for improving your skills and competing in local championship leagues.
St Andrews International School Bangkok's International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme (IBCP) and BTEC students recently completed a week of work experience in various companies in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and as far as in Penang, Malaysia. This unique, exciting opportunity allowed the students to step out of their comfort zones and gain direct feedback from a professional environment in the real world.
