Welcome to the registrar's office at The Village School. We support students, families and alumni with academic records, official documentation and verification services. Below you'll find key information about how to submit processing timelines, available and how to submit requests.
Current and former students
Registrar request form
Current students and parents/guardians may use the registrar request form to ask for:
- Transcripts
- Verification of Enrollment (VOE)
- Teacher recommendations (for high school transfer application only)
- Notary/apostille services

Processing time
- Most requests are completed within 24-72 hours
- Same-day requests are rarely approved and must be discusses directly with the registrar's office.
- Notary/apostille services require additional processing time and incur fees.
- Mail-in: approximately 1 month.
- Rush: approximately 1 week.
Important notes
- Official documents (e.g. transcripts, certificates etc.) can only be sent directly to verified institutions.
- Unofficial transcripts and report cards are available via isams.
- VOEs are not considered official documents and may be sent to personal email addresses.
- College recommendations must be coordinated with a college counselor.
For alumni
Transcript requests
Alumni must generally request transcripts via Parchment.
