Last week, NAE schools from across Europe met for two full days of sports at the British School Warsaw in Poland. There was not a single sleepy face from the team members as they arrived at Liszt Ferenc Airport on Thursday morning.
Last week, NAE schools from across Europe met for two full days of sports at the British School Warsaw in Poland. There was not a single sleepy face from the team members as they arrived at Liszt Ferenc Airport on Thursday morning.
All students wore their team hoodie and a big smiley face, eager to have their first kick off or jump ball soon. On arrival in Warsaw, the team spent a few hours in the Old Town of Warsaw before having their last team meetings, eating their dinner and going to bed very excited as they looked forward to the following days. There was a great atmosphere at the event and our players showed excellent sportsmanship and camaraderie. Due to their hard work and commitment over the course of this academic year, TEAM BISB came home with two Runner-up trophies and a lot of lifelong memories and friendships. Special thanks go to all coaches for their professionalism, their continuous enthusiasm in running the training sessions and accompanying their teams to all events this year.

Following the postponement of Journey’s End before Christmas, we are pleased to announce the new dates.
Year 9 have been showing their green fingers/thumbs by trying to germinate cress seeds under various conditions, to see what is important for the seed growth.
There was more basketball on Saturday. This time our U14 Girls A and B teams had their DVAC Festival here at BISB.
