This year our Primary students are excited to get involved in our annual knitting project.
This Primary service project allows students to learn about social issues in their local environment while learning a new skill. Students within group bubbles will learn a new skill during break times, many of them learning from their peers. We would like as many people as possible to get involved in this project so if you would like to knit a scarf or snood for a local child living in a children’s home, then you are welcome to join us. For interested parents, please contact Cristina Toledo to find out more information (misratitas@gmail.com).
We hope to finish all scarves and snoods by the end of the term so that they can be safely delivered to a local children’s home, in time for Christmas. Over the last five years, we have delivered over 300 scarves across Hungary and beyond. We want to thank everyone who has been involved in this annual project over the years. Thank you for all your dedication and hard work. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me: lyndsey.marcu@bisb.hu
