The Farsang period is a lively time of celebration and is a great opportunity to share some Hungarian traditions with our school children. As part of Hungarian Culture lessons, we teach them some traditional songs and dance steps.
During the last days of term before the half term holiday, BISB Primary was filled with Hungarian music, song and dance. In our Early Years, children sang a Hungarian Farsang song and danced with Ms Ágó. Years 3-6 students had fun dancing with Ms Flóra and Ms Bocz in the Pavilion. Years 1-2 pupils danced with Ms Klári: some in their classrooms and a lucky few in the forest.
We all had a lot of fun!
