On Saturday the 6th November the U14 Girls’ football team were involved in their first tournament in over a year. We were fortunate enough to be able to take two teams to the DVAC Tournament, with students ranging from Years 7-9. The girls had been looking forward to this event and showed ambition and resilience, playing more than 120 minutes of football.
Both our teams had amazing success, with our dark blues winning all of their games and finishing in first place. Our light blues won all but one of their games, meaning they finished second overall. The teams scored an amazing 20 goals altogether and left the tournament with their heads held high.

Light Blue (Years 7-9)

All those early mornings, after school training sessions and hard work has really paid off and have left me and Mr Moruzzi incredibly proud!
