Our Early Years students in the Blue and Green Group had a wonderful trip to Normafa on Wednesday. They boarded the Children's Railway in Hűvösvölgy. All the roles are operated by children aged 10–14 under adult supervision, apart from the train driver.
This is the world's largest children's railway. The students particularly enjoyed going through the tunnel - it was very dark. At one point we were quite high and the view looking across beautiful Budapest was breathtaking! Once we arrived in Normafa, we enjoyed a forest walk, followed by a picnic and games before heading back to school on the bus.
