Last week, Year 6 performed our wonderful musical production for the parents and younger children in school. It was a play called Troy Story - it was about the Greeks and Trojans who were at war and had lots of drama. The play had comedy, battle scenes, dramatic deaths, love and much much more. The main characters were Helen (a magnificent princess), Paris (the selfish Trojan prince who stole Helen) and Menelaus (King of Sparta - it was his wife that was stolen!). We enjoyed our time learning the songs and practicing the scenes. There were famous Greek warriors, kings, soldiers and market sellers. We also had Year 6 students helping with the lights, sound effects, backstage management and props. We worked hard trying to remember our lines and our cues. We hope our parents enjoyed the show - it was a lovely experience for everyone and a great success!

As the academic year draws to a close, our Early Years students marked the occasion in the most joyful way possible, with Splash Day, a much-loved BISB tradition that brings together sunshine, water play, and the simple delight of being a child.
This week, our Early Years and Primary students took to the stage for Primary Poetry Day - a joyful celebration of language, self-expression and imagination.
From BISB Team: At The British International School Budapest, we strongly believe that a child's early experiences, relationships, opportunities and surroundings shape who they become in the future.
