The British School of Guangzhou celebrated Year 13 graduation in style last week in a glittering ceremony in front of proud parents, staff and distinguished guests. All twenty-nine of the BSG Class of 2023 received their formal graduation certificates and they now look forward to attending some of the world’s leading universities including the University of Cambridge for three graduates, and a place at Georgetown University, USA. In addition to celebrating outstanding university placements, selected graduates also received academic awards recognizing exceptional achievements in mathematics, sciences, arts, languages and humanities. In a moving speech of thanks, senior students attributed their success to the British School of Guangzhou’s highly skilled and dedicated teachers who had led their learning throughout their time at BSG, and the unwavering, constant support of their families.
Over the May break, 19 of our amazing students travelled to Shanghai to compete in the prestigious 3-day ASEEDER Science Carnival, joining top talent from across China.

What a fantastic three days in Chengdu for the Nord Anglia China Region Multi-Sports Festival, hosted by Léman International School Chengdu.
Last Saturday, over 180 guests gathered at The Ritz Carlton hotel for a memorable night of fundraising, fun, and giving back. Guests traveled from Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, dressed in their best black tie and ball gowns, ready to support a great cause, Wilber Foundation.
