Super Squad Summer Camp - A Week of Heroes Creativity and Fun

What an amazing final week our Super Squad campers enjoyed!

Inspired by our Superheroes theme, children explored the world of both fictional and real-life heroes through storytelling, discussions and creative projects. They became authors by writing and digitally publishing their own superhero adventures, complete with exciting plots, heroes and villains.

Creativity shone in Art as campers experimented with different materials, created self-portraits, designed original superheroes and brought them to life using clay, recycled materials and felt costumes inspired by community heroes such as firefighters, police officers, doctors and nurses.

In STEAM, children became engineers and scientists, building strong bridges, designing paddle boats and investigating bubbles through hands-on experiments. These challenges encouraged teamwork, problem-solving and resilience.

The fun continued with ukulele lessons, energetic PE games and our much-anticipated Splash Day, which filled the week with laughter, sunshine and unforgettable memories.

We are incredibly proud of everything our Super Squad achieved this summer. From developing creativity and confidence to building friendships and new skills, every child embraced each challenge with enthusiasm and curiosity.
