Joe holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Nottingham and completed his PGCE in Secondary Education at the University of Derby.
He began his teaching career in Nottingham, UK, where he taught for two years before embracing international opportunities. In 2022, Jim moved to Zomba, Malawi, gaining valuable experience in a diverse and dynamic learning environment. In 2024, he continued his journey in international education by relocating to Vilnius, Lithuania, where he remains committed to cross-cultural learning and global perspectives in teaching.
Joe believes that the most effective lessons are those that help students develop real-world skills in a supportive and engaging setting. He works to create a classroom culture where students feel safe to take risks, learn from their mistakes, and grow both academically and personally.
Outside the classroom, Joe is passionate about Football and Rugby and enjoys following and participating in both sports whenever possible.
