GREAT JOURNEYS START WITH SMALLS STEPS AT BVIS HCMC
With remarkable leadership qualities, strong presentation skills, and a profound understanding of social issues, two BVIS HCMC Year 12 students, Quynh Lam (Apple) and My Tran (Sie), were officially selected to participate in NAE-UNICEF Summit 2023 this July in New York City, US.
Along with other fellows from 81 member schools of Nord Anglia Education (NAE) in 31 countries in the world, Sie and Apple will attend the summit as BVIS HCMC student ambassadors to make positive contributions, exchange and propose ideas in the student discussions following the Sustainable Developments Goals of the summit.
Particularly, Apple has incredibly outshone a great deal of other talented candidates and obtained the role of Social Media Representative. In this position, Apple will be responsible for capturing and curating engaging content and updates for the global NAE social media channels.
The NAE-UNICEF summit is a unique collaboration event between UNICEF and Nord Anglia Education (NAE), providing an opportunity for BVIS students to meet, connect and discuss with students and experts around the world as well as propose ideas for the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. The summit also inspires students to make a difference and positively impact the local and global communities.
BVIS would like to send our best wishes to Apple and Sie on your upcoming journey and to the success of the NAE-UNICEF Summit 2023!
