The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of Vietnam’s most prominent traditional celebrations, and it also provides an opportunity for our school to host fun activities that foster connections among its school community members.
Last Friday, our Primary students came together to joyfully welcome a warm and festive Mid-Autumn celebration. In the cheerful and exciting atmosphere of the celebration, our students and teachers enjoyed lively and exciting lion and dragon dance performances.
Afterwards, our Year 3 and Year 5 students presented vibrant singing and dancing performances in costumes rich in Vietnamese cultural heritage. Each Primary student also received a small Mid-Autumn lantern gift from BVIS to celebrate the festival with their families and friends in a cozy and joyful atmosphere.
