BVIS Battle of the Bands

This year’s Battle of the Bands at BVIS delivered a brilliant showcase of musical talent. Our three bands – Cheese Boys, RootSix, and The Bittersweet – poured their hearts into performing popular songs by Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, and Chillies, much to the delight of the audience.

The judges, including Ms. Heather Rugile, Ms. Rebecca Robinson, and Mr. Denis Agafonov, faced the tough task of choosing a winner, judging based on technique, creativity, stage presence, and audience reaction. Ultimately, The Bittersweet claimed victory with their outstanding harmony, edging out the impressive performances of RootSix and Cheese Boys. With this win, The Bittersweet will represent BVIS in the upcoming Battle of the Bands with international school across the city.
