You will love its features: see your child(ren)'s daily and weekly timetable, follow in real-time the bus, be informed in case of late arrival and if your kid has been duly picked up and dropped off, contact directly the bus team, inform the school of daily and weekly changes in the planned tour or of long term absence.
Please follow the instructions to install the app. Further you will find guidelines of the app features.
As soon as you have been in touch with our bus service options, please download the app via either App store for IOS or Google play for Android.
Entering your phone number will allow the app to recognize you. Please make sure the transportation service already has your phone number in order to pre-register you.
In case your phone number changes, please inform us at bus@cdl.ch.
The app will send you a verification code via SMS. Fill in the code in the text box and click CHECK. If you didn't receive a verification number please don't hesitate to click on the RESEND.
When you open the app, you need to select a child for the app to customise the content. You will then see all information related to this child's route and schedule.
The menu bar at the bottom of the page has 4 different features:
Please read explanations on each of these features below.
By clicking on the bottom left feature, you will be able to track your child's live location. You can see all of the bus's stops upon arrival to school/home.
You can have a look at the week's planning, the exact times at which the bus will pick up and drop off your child(ren).
At the bottom of this screen, you also have the option to call the bus team by clicking on CALL SCHOOL.
Note: after noticing the bus service of your child's absence, you still need to inform the academic team (via the CDL News app for Secondary students and by email to the respective section for Pre-school and Primary students) and the extracurricular team (extracurricular@cdl.ch) as appropriate.
You can choose to be notified or not when your child is being picked up, when they are being dropped off the bus and when the bus is delayed.
If your child has a doctor's appointment, is sick, or for any other occasional absence, you can easily inform the bus service by using the small icon circled in red located right underneath the map. An absence must be defined at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

If a long-term absence is planned, please refer to the clock icon. You are requested to fill in the dates the student won't be present and then give a reason for it. (ex: football practice). Click on ADD and you will find a small summary/description of the child's absence highlighting the number of days he/she will be missing, from what to what date and the reason for the absence.
