Originally from Cambridge in the UK, Kevin moved to London to complete his degree and graduated from the Institute of Education, University of London with his teaching qualification in 2000. He spent the first 13 years of his career in state schools in south London primarily as the head of the Geography department.
In 2013, Kevin and his partner relocated to the British School of Guangzhou in China. After a range of pastoral roles, as well as continuing to teach Humanities and leading the school’s first Model United Nations group, he then moved to Switzerland in 2016. Kevin joined LCIS in 2019 as an Individuals and Societies teacher, head of house and also as the coordinator for the LCIS Model United Nations.
Kevin is passionate about connecting with other educators around the world, to share ideas and resources which directly impact his students. He is a keen runner, has travelled extensively during his time in Asia, and now enjoys spending as much time as possible in the Swiss outdoors with his family.
