Secondary PFA

During the Middle and High School years, our Parent Faculty Association assists in arranging events and activities for students, staff and parents that are designed to enhance the CDL experience and bring us together as an international community.

We help communicate the interests of students and parents to the administration and work closely with staff and teachers to improve life on campus.

Activities which benefit our children range from career fairs, to the Escalade Road Race and even our regular Pizza Fridays. The PFA also runs a Teacher's Grant programme designed to provide even more educational opportunities for the school.

The PFA sponsors major events throughout the year, including the back to school BBQ, the Christmas Market and the Spring Charity Event which supports the Middle and High School Charities.

Finally, the association provides excellent opportunities for parents to meet new friends within the school community.  These include social networking groups for stay-at-home dads, ski clubs, book clubs and events to help improve their spoken French and English.

The PFA is run by an elected executive committee made up of English and French speakers and includes a diverse range of sub- committees.

Regular Catch Up & Coffee sessions are held on the 1st Thursday of the month at 8.30 a.m. in the Eiger Auditorium unless noted otherwise.
