Mr. Paul Holyome Weekly Update - 23/03/2018

23 March 2018

Dear Parents,

This week saw our secondary students present their amazing production of ‘Alice in Wonderland’. What an amazing show they put on for us. After many months of hard work and preparation they presented an amazing performance. There were some incredible solo and group performances within the show. It was fun, exciting and wowed the audiences during the week. On Wednesday the dress rehearsal was attended by primary students from our sister school BIS. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the students and a very special mention to the staff musicians who made this extra special. I would also to extend a very, very big thank you to Ms Anna Clements and Ms Georgina Hardiman for leading the show and supporting the cast over the past academic year. Thank you everyone and thank you all those many parents who came to support.

As you know we take the health and safety of children and staff at this school very seriously. Last week we had a full health and safety audit carried out by the regional office and a member of senior staff from our sister school, BIS. I am very pleased to report that we had a very positive inspection and the visitors were very pleased with what they saw on our school site. There are as ever some minor things to put right, especially as the schools grows, but overall it is very pleasing to know that the school is very safe place for children and staff to be.

I wish you all a very relaxing weekend.

Paul Holyome
