Mary graduated from Sheffield Hallam University and eagerly took up her first post at a UK primary school.  Mary’s thirst for exploration led to her first international move to The Republic of Korea teaching in the Early Years, soon progressing to Early Years Leader.  After a number of years, Mary returned to the UK where she took a post responsible for an Early Years and Key Stage One Department.  Dedicated to international teaching, Mary returned to the international sector where she took the role of Deputy Headteacher, Head of Early Years Centre in The Republic of Korea.  On the completion of her Master’s of Education in 2015, Mary chose to move to HCMC, Vietnam, where she took the role of Deputy Headteacher at our sister school, The British International School (BIS HCMC).  Mary spent her first years at BIS HCMC as Deputy Headteacher of the Tu Xuong Primary Campus and the latter years as the founding Deputy Headteacher of the BIS HCMC Early Years and Infant Campus.

Mary is a sports enthusiast and will always be training towards an upcoming triathlon race.  Mary is wife to James, a professional football coach.
