Staff Profile: Rosy Clark


Primary Headteacher

Rosy joined BIS in 2008. After completing her PGCE course, she taught at Torridon Junior School in Catford, London for eight years. Before her move to Vietnam, she taught at The British School in The Netherlands in The Hague for thirteen years.

Rosy moved to Ho Chi Minh City in 2008 as Deputy Head at BIS and was delighted to be selected as a member of the leadership team of BVIS. Alongside the founding Principal, Rosy led the preparation for and opening of BVIS in August 2011 and has since led the Primary school's growth and development to become the leading bilingual school it is today. Rosy proudly led BVIS through its CIS accreditation process in 2015 and was awarded a Nord Anglia Education school leadership award in the same year. Before her move to Vietnam, Rosy taught at a Primary school in south-east London for eight years and at The British School in The Netherlands in The Hague for thirteen years with various middle and senior leadership positions in both schools. Outside of school Rosy loves to read, travel, hike and is a member of the international choir of Ho Chi Minh City.
