UC Sports Day 2021: The Game of Houses

On the 17th of June, Upper Primary students at Krylatskoe Lower Campus were in high spirits for the 2021 Upper Primary Sports Day.

Year 5 and Year 6 students competed not only for the trophy but also for the pride of their house. The day involved a carousel of fun team activities, including the sack race, target throwing, egg & spoon race, basketball relays, an assault course and football matches.

Team spirit, cooperation, and teamwork were the order of the day, with children earning points for their houses and receiving individual medals for their athletics lessons over the past few weeks. The final results were very close indeed, with Vikings squeezing into third place just above the Normans and the Romans taking the overall winners trophy, just pipping the Saxons to the post.

Well done to all the children for their superb effort and positive attitude, and a big thank you to all the teachers and AT's for their support with the event.
