Year 5 Assembly

Well done to all of the Year 5 students and teachers for the fantastic Roman assembly last Friday. There was a great showing of parental support in the audience to enjoy the show, which shared with us the visit of Emperor Claudius to England and also explained a little bit about Ancient Roman life.

Transition morning and classes for next year

It’s come to that time of year when the teachers are busy writing the end of term reports, and are also in the process of helping to organise the classes for the following year group. The move to a split campus coincides with mixing up the year groups to create new classes. The new classes will be announced to the children on Friday 23rd June. These will also be emailed to parents that afternoon.

Current students will get to spend some time in their new year group on the morning of Monday 26th June.

Back With the Birds!

Discover the wildlife of Bangkok's parks.

The second STA Community Birdwalk will take place on Sunday the 25th of June. Starting at approximately 7.30 am and continuing until  around 10.30, we will join wildlife experts from the Bird Conservation Society of Thailand who will introduce you and your children to the surprising variety of birds (and other creatures) found in Suan Luang Rama 9 Park. Binoculars and a telescope will be provided. This fun family morning out is most appropriate for key stages one and two. The fee for the Birdwalk will be 300 or 350 Baht (yet to be finalised).

If you are interested in signing up or want to know more - please contact Mr. Ewen (ewen.mc@standrews.ac.th) or Ms Kiyomi (kiyomi.mo@standrews.ac.th).
