PTG: Three new members join the Committee

Welcome Hina, Yvonne and Lionel to the PTG Committee. The Committee is now a bit larger and we can hopefully represent your interests and those of our students even more efficiently.

Annual General Meeting

Thank you to everyone who attended the PTG’s Annual General Meeting last Tuesday at St Andrews International School Bangkok. For parents who are new to school, here is our Mission Statement:

Our mission is to work together for the common good of our student body, and to foster goodwill and clear communication amongst parents, teachers and students.

We achieve this mission in many different ways but our goal in everything we do is to strengthen the community at St Andrews International School Bangkok and facilitate communication between parents and teachers for the good of our students.

It is important to remember that ALL PARENTS are members of the PTG. You are automatically a member as soon as you join our school. No fee is levied. Our only fund-raising event is Fun Day. The PTG Committee serves as your representatives. If you have suggestions, concerns, ideas or comments, please get in touch with us and get involved. So much of what we do goes on behind the scenes - you’d be amazed.

We are happy to welcome three new members to the Committee: Hina, Yvonne and Lionel. The Committee is now a bit larger and we can hopefully represent your interests and those of our students even more efficiently.

International Day 2018

A second meeting of country coordinators was held immediately following the conclusion of the AGM. Logistic meetings have been held with Estates at both Primary and High School and final information will be sent out very soon. In an effort to reduce waste, Epicure has kindly agreed to provide plates, cups and cutlery at International Day at both Primary and High School.
