High School Sport: Final Friday Night Game of the year

Our popular Friday Night Game series was completed last Friday. Stay tuned for the community volleyball tournament and High School Sport Awards. This summer offers many sports and fitness options.

Friday Night Game #4

Last week, we enjoyed our last FNG of the year, with the U13s taking to the court in a coach against coach match-up. The PS & HS dance squads were there as usual despite the traffic delays, and Miss Cherry also brought her cheerleading squad along too. All three groups put on some great displays to go with high-quality basketball.

Many thanks to all the parents who have supported this event over the year, as well as to Miss Kat and Miss Cherry. I hope it’s provided a great showcase opportunity for the amazing work they have done throughout the year with their dancers.

Sports Awards

sports awards

Our HS Awards are on Tuesday 18th June. Parent tickets are now available from the school office, though numbers are limited.

Students may also still buy tickets until Friday this week.

The occasion is smart so we ask all gentlemen attending to wear a tie - including students and dads!

Community Volleyball Tournament

This is our final volleyball event of the year, with our girls and boys teams playing against our parents and staff teams. Please feel free to come and watch - volleyball is always fun!

Tuesday 11 June, 4.00pm in the Sports Hall.

Inter House Games Day

On Monday 24 June, we have our annual Games Day. We have an expanded programme this year including more games, to try to reach more students. We encourage as many as possible to get involved, including as scorers and time-keepers. Students may choose between football, basketball, table tennis, water polo and volleyball.
