Children have been thinking about what it means to be kind this World Kindness Day, and it has brought out the best in everybody. Classes were able to share the wonderful images of kindness and love that have been captured at home these past weeks. Furthermore, all children were set a personal 'kindness challenge' to complete today.
Even though BSB pupils already display kindness in and around school, there have been even more kind words and many small acts of generosity noticed throughout the day. Some classes have been sharing what they like best about each other; some have been sharing stories with classmates in our library. The wonderful effect of this is that Year 3 have realised that kind acts are not just for one day, because every day is Kindness Day.
