Option 2: Thursday evenings, 6.00-7.30pm. Thursdays 19, 26 May and 2, 9, 16 June

Session 1: Introduction. A brief presentation on emotional and mental development of our children. What is the difference between need and desire? Teaching our children to become responsible for their own desires, and how to deal with unfulfilled wishes. The coordinates of a balanced human interaction. The importance of giving – accepting, asking - refusing something.

Session 2: Body language. Symptoms. Everything is a message. We can learn how to listen to our own and our children's body language. What could be the hidden meaning of health issues, symptoms, or unexpected situations and reactions in our lives? The importance of a holistic approach - integrating body, mind and spirit to become more aware of our life's meaning and potential.

Session 3: Transforming our mind - transforming our reality. The power of our unconscious and of our rational mind. Learning how to become aware of our unconscious beliefs, and transforming the negative, limiting beliefs, into positive ones. A practical approach to improve our physical state, mental abilities and bring more harmony into our lives. Educating our children to develop a positive perspective over challenging situations.

Session 4: Relationships. Talking to our children about intimate relationships, sex and the onset of family life. The importance of parental and educational guidance as a protection from the explicit sexual content available in the media.

Session 5: One Person, Different Roles. A session dedicated to the woman or man in you. Addressing the other 'roles' in our life (wife/husband, professional, friend etc.). Ideas about improving or solving issues concerning personal life, couple relationships, or professional life. How our personal model of well-being, success, and peace of mind can influence our children's future development.
