Year 8 Hungarian students have been busy working on a video project which aims to explain the 1848-49 Hungarian revolution and war of independence. As part of our Hungarian History curriculum, we covered the events of this era.
Our students did not want to deliver just the facts, they wanted to show what this public holiday means for the country. Students worked in four groups interviewing family members, teachers and classmates. They acted out the roles of some of the famous participants of the revolution.
